Rental Process

If you have found one of our properties and would like to apply, you will simply click the apply button on our page and fill out the information requested.  There is a $10 application fee.  Once you have done this, we will receive your application automatically and will give it a look over to make sure you meet the minimum qualification which is gross monthly income equivalent to approximately 3.5 times the rent.  If you meet the minimum qualifications we will reach out to you to schedule a viewing.  If you like the home and wish to proceed your next step is the credit check which is $30.  From there we will make the determination on approval.  The things that weigh heavily on final qualification is your payment history to other landlords, mortgage companies, auto loans, all other debtors, and your eviction history.  The approval process is very quick once your credit check is complete with an average of 24 business for approval.
